I have been one of the top personal trainers in Durango for the last ten years and therefore know the body extremely well and the importance of regular body work. Dawn is highly intuitive and has an amazing sense of what every client needs every session, based on how the body feels and responds. I train myself at an extremely high level and would not be able to do so without the aid of Dawn and her services. Definitely the most effective deep tissue work I've ever received. She is also well versed in lymphatic massage, which many people overlook the importance of in the regulation of a healthy body.
